Our Services
Phase 1:
Pre-Application Phase
Keeping clients fully informed about the new gTLD Program's requirements, obligations, and potential risks. This includes assisting with budgeting and recommending suitable back-end registry providers and services.
Phase 2:
Application Phase
TLD Strategies will draft your complete gTLD application three months before the window opens. We'll review all sections with you, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with registry vendors to meet ICANN requirements.
Phase 3:
Post-Application Svcs
Manage ICANN evaluator questions, represent at applicant draw, handle public comments and objections, assist with string contention, negotiate Registry Agreement, and support delegation processes in ICANN Portal.
Phase 4:
Delegation Services
Assist in gTLD launch, develop policies, draft agreements, manage abuse prevention, handle complaints, liaise with law enforcement, and coordinate with back-end provider for takedown requests.
Phase 5:
Post-Delegation Services
Provide compliance liaison with ICANN, manage notices through back-end provider, draft required reports, conduct annual reviews, monitor domain numbers, and notify of thresholds with cost implications.
Phase 6:
Ongoing Management
